The first edition of Plopstock took place in 2010 in my hometown, Satu Mare, Romania. It started at the intiative of few teenagers who wanted just have fun singing on an improvised stage in an open area.The idea was quickly embrace by the youth and by the year 2014 was so popular that at the fifth edition over 5000 persons attended to it.

      What makes plopstock so beautiful is the relaxing  and lovely atmosphere . Despite the location beeing central it is only used for this event. Plopstock also encourage the youth to embrace a more environmentally friendly lifestyle. All the decoration and even the bar were made out of recycled materials.

          In conclusion I can say that Plopstock is a true hippie festival.
